Product Operations Associate

Learn Bathing Brands' sauna, steam and wellness products from the ground up — assembling and setting up sauna displays and samples, supporting product evaluations and testing, and working with vendors on specifications.
Responsibilities
- Learn the company's sauna, steam and related wellness products, including their components, assembly and operation.
- Assemble, set up, break down and handle sauna and other product displays and samples.
- Support the Product team with product evaluations, testing and day-to-day projects.
- Move, organise, deliver and retrieve products, components, samples and materials.
- Contact vendors and manufacturers for product information, specifications, documentation and samples.
- Gather and organise product information for other departments.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in how products are built, assembled and used, and comfort with hands-on assembly.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to work full-time on site in Wheeling, Illinois.
