Production Planner

Cokato, MN · Full-time · $20.70–$32.45 / hour (the employer's published hiring range)

Build and run the production schedule at Watkins Wellness's Cokato plant, the Sauna360 sauna factory, balancing customer demand, inventory and capacity with production, supply chain, sales and engineering.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules that align customer demand, inventory targets, capacity and lead times.
Monitor schedules, materials, inventory and operational performance to spot risks and drive on-time delivery.
Work with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Order Fulfillment, Engineering, Quality, Marketing and Product Management on planning priorities.
Analyze production, inventory and service-level data and turn it into recommendations.
Maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs for SIOP/IBP, and use ERP/MRP systems to manage and improve planning.

Requirements

Five or more years in production planning, supply chain, production control, inventory management or manufacturing operations; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and data modeling.
ERP/MRP system experience.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
