Project Manager

Run day-to-day coordination across Bathhouse's construction and build-out programme — eight active projects spanning ground-up builds and renovations as the operator expands into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination across 8+ active construction and build-out projects.
• Act as liaison between contractors, the internal architectural design team, and location teams.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and milestones, flagging delays or risks early.
• Attend and help run site visits, walkthroughs, and progress meetings.
• Maintain project documentation — drawings, submittals, change orders, and punch lists — and help manage the RFI and submittal process.
• Support permitting and inspection scheduling with local jurisdictions, and assist with contractor bid comparisons and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, general contracting, or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction documents — drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and travelling to project sites as needed.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.

Compensation and benefits

$80,000-$100,000 base salary
