Responsibilities

• Coordinate teams, timelines, and project delivery for luxury wellness and spa projects.
• Support project execution from concept through completion.
• Maintain delivery standards across wellness, spa, and hospitality project work.

Requirements

• Project-management experience in wellness, spa, luxury interiors, hospitality, or related project environments.
• Proactive coordination style with strong communication and timeline ownership.
• Comfort working in a freelance capacity on project-based delivery.
