Lead continuous-improvement work across KLAFS sauna production, logistics, and field installation using Lean, KVP, shop-floor, and KPI systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop KVP initiatives across production and installation.
- Analyze manufacturing, logistics, and installation workflows and lead cross-functional improvements.
- Build standard Lean methods, KPIs, shop-floor management, and problem-solving routines.
Requirements
- Industrial engineering or comparable degree.
- Production, Lean/KVP, process, and project-leadership experience.
- Fluent German and English plus Microsoft Office and SAP skills.
