Lead delivery of Nordic Urban's international waterfront pool, sauna, and urban-wellness developments from design through construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage design procurement, contractors, permits, schedules, budgets, and technical risk.
• Coordinate water, hybrid-construction, and waterfront systems across four projects entering delivery.
• Translate the Allas concept into repeatable international facilities.

Requirements

• Strong construction-project leadership and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage technical, commercial, permitting, and water-related project risk.
• Readiness for international urban-wellness development work.

Compensation and benefits

EUR 4,000–6,000 / month

• Hybrid Helsinki role with four delivery-stage projects.
• Direct influence on international sauna, pool, and public-wellness infrastructure.
