Purchasing Associate

Coordinate suppliers, sourcing, and product launches for new AIRE bathhouse products and experiences from the Barcelona headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Research new products, materials, and suppliers and coordinate samples, testing, and validation.
- Maintain daily communication with national and international suppliers, request quotations, and support supplier selection and performance reviews.
- Support planning and execution of product launches across all AIRE locations and manage the related purchase orders.
- Track project plans, milestones, and deliverables and report on progress.
Requirements
- 2-3 years in project coordination, sourcing, procurement, operations, or product development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
