Sauna Host

Take ownership of Venachar Lochside's outdoor sauna and guest experience for 15–20 hours each week.

Responsibilities

• Welcome sauna guests, build rapport, and create a warm, confident arrival experience.
• Handle telephone bookings and keep session information organized.
• Clean and reset the sauna between sessions and take initiative over daily guest readiness.

Requirements

• Outdoor enthusiasm, initiative, and confidence working independently.
• Friendly guest communication; prior sauna experience is not required.
• Availability Thursday through Sunday for 15–20 hours per week.

Compensation and benefits

GBP 13 / hour

• Direct responsibility for a growing lochside sauna experience.
• Part-time Thursday–Sunday schedule.
