Host guests through Ritual Nordic Spa's signature nordic circuit and help keep sauna, cold, rest, and hospitality rhythms running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and orient them to the nordic circuit experience.
• Support safe sauna, cold, rest, and movement between spa areas.
• Keep guest-facing areas calm, clean, stocked, and aligned with spa standards.

Requirements

• Hospitality mindset and comfort communicating with guests in a wellness environment.
• Interest in sauna culture, hydrotherapy, and restorative public spa operations.
• Reliability for guest-facing shifts in an active sauna house.
