Sauna Master (Aufguss Performer)

Lead invigorating aufguss sessions as a visible, guest-facing sauna master while shaping a safe and elevated sauna and cold-plunge experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform scheduled aufguss rituals.
- Guide guests on sauna and cold-plunge safety, benefits, and flow.
- Keep amenity areas clean, safe, stocked, and aligned with Bathhouse standards.
Requirements
- Movement, performance, dance, martial arts, or similar background.
- Customer service enthusiasm and calm guest-first communication.
- Ability to work safely in 175-185F sauna conditions.
Compensation and benefits
$17 / hr + gratuity
- Gratuity in addition to hourly pay.
