Saunamitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Operate RheinBad Wesel's sauna area in a full-time or part-time role covering Aufguss, ceremonies, guest care, hygiene, safety, and events.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare and conduct sauna Aufguss sessions and ceremonies.
• Advise sauna guests and maintain quality, order, and smooth daily sauna operations.
• Monitor sauna functionality and complete cleaning work to the assigned hygiene standards.
• Provide first aid and plan and deliver sauna events.

Requirements

• Friendly, guest-oriented, reliable, creative, and independent working style.
• Physical fitness for Aufguss work and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• DLRG Silver lifesaving certificate.
• Commitment to shaping a modern sauna operation as part of a team.
