BATHHOUSE
Senior Manager, Growth Marketing
Normalized English title: Growth Marketing Manager
Brooklyn, NY · Full-time · USD 120,000 - 130,000 per year
Own paid acquisition for Bathhouse as it scales, running performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and CTV for established New York locations and new-market launches.
Responsibilities
- Own paid end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and CTV: account architecture, campaign structure, budgets, pacing, bidding, audiences, and testing.
- Manage spend across markets at different stages, from always-on demand for established NYC locations to launch-scale flights for new cities.
- Set CAC and volume targets by location with the Director of Growth and own the daily and weekly decisions that hit them.
- Run the creative testing pipeline with the in-house creative and content team.
- Build launch media plans for new markets and turn what worked into a playbook for the next city.
- Own tracking health across the stack: pixel and CAPI implementation, GA4, UTM discipline, and the data warehouse.
Requirements
- 4-7 years running paid acquisition hands-on with meaningful budgets.
- Genuinely multi-channel: deep in Meta plus at least two of TikTok, Google, YouTube, or CTV at scale.
- Understands incrementality — holdouts, geo tests, lift studies — and what platform-reported numbers hide.
- Technically fluent across the measurement stack: tagging, pixel and CAPI implementation, attribution logic.
- Comfortable getting answers from data directly, whether by SQL or self-built workflows.
