Shift Manager

Run the floor at Bathhouse's Berkeley Heights site, overseeing guest services, amenities, therapies, restaurant, and housekeeping across the shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor operations across all departments for a smooth, safe service flow.
• Open and close the facility, including cash handling, walk-throughs, checklists, and reporting.
• Oversee department leads on scheduling, labour management, and break coverage.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs and escalate issues promptly.
• Handle guest questions, feedback, and complaints and coach team members during shifts.
• Help interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members.

Requirements

• Experience managing multi-department hospitality or wellness operations.
• Comfort leading visibly on the floor and resolving issues in real time.
• Ability to maintain written protocols and training procedures.

Compensation and benefits

$67,000 total compensation + monthly bonus
