Shift Manager

Oversee day-to-day floor operations across guest services, amenities, therapies, restaurant, and housekeeping at Bathhouse Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service flow, opening and closing procedures, and real-time issue resolution across departments.
• Support department leads with scheduling, labor management, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance follow-through.
• Coach team members and maintain shift notes, incident logs, and operating procedures for consistent guest experience.

Requirements

• Two to four years of hospitality, wellness, spa, fitness, hotel, restaurant, or retail leadership experience.
• Experience supervising teams during active opening, closing, or floor-management shifts.
• Strong people leadership, guest recovery, organization, and operational standards discipline.

Compensation and benefits

$67k / yr + monthly bonus
