Sauna Crew Associate

Learn sauna operations and wellness hospitality at Saunawelt by supporting back-of-house tasks, facility readiness, and the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support essential behind-the-scenes operations, facility maintenance, laundry, and cleaning tasks.
• Help keep sauna and guest areas safe, stocked, serene, and ready for service.
• Train toward more direct guest interaction as operational confidence and proficiency grow.

Requirements

• Age 16 or older; no prior customer service, wellness, sauna, or hospitality experience required.
• Motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to learn electronic systems and operational routines.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs., work around heat and cool-mist conditions, and cover weekends or public holidays.
