Site Director - Chicago

Take full operational, financial and commercial responsibility for AIRE Ancient Baths' Chicago bathhouse, leading its multidisciplinary teams and holding the site to the group's service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across the site, holding service, facility standards and the guest experience to AIRE's standards.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, suppliers, purchasing and operational cost control.
• Manage the location's P&L, including revenue, labour costs, expenses and profitability.
• Analyse business KPIs and NPS and run regular business reviews with action plans.
• Lead, coach and develop the site's management team, setting performance expectations and supporting succession planning.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures and local regulations.

Requirements

• Three or more years as a General Manager, Site Director or comparable senior operational leader in luxury hospitality, wellness, F&B or premium fitness.
• Six or more years of progressive leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with experience managing P&L and operational KPIs.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume operations with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.
• Fluent English; Spanish is considered a strong asset.
