Keep Bathhouse's existing bathhouse locations staffed by running recruiting for operational backfills and ongoing hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting for backfills and ongoing hiring needs across existing locations.
- Source candidates through job boards and proactive outreach.
- Partner with General Managers and the HR team to keep locations appropriately staffed.
Requirements
- Talent acquisition experience supporting hourly and salaried operational hiring.
- Experience with Rippling and Greenhouse.
- Proactive, resourceful approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
Compensation and benefits
$90,000-$95,000 / year
