Thermal Team Member

Guide guests through Ffolkes' sauna, steam, and cold-plunge experience while keeping thermal zones clean, stocked, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and explain thermal-area flow, etiquette, and safe use.
• Serve drinks, replenish towels, and keep sauna, steam, and cold-plunge spaces ready.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Warm guest-service approach and confidence explaining a thermal experience.
• Reliable availability for a permanent full-time or part-time rota.
• Attention to cleanliness, safety, detail, and hospitality standards.

Compensation and benefits

GBP £12.71-£12.90 / hr
