Tootmistööline / Production Worker

Work in small-house and sauna production at Ecosauna Project's Himmaste manufacturing site.

Responsibilities

• Support production of small houses and wooden saunas.
• Use provided production tools and follow shop-floor instructions.
• Help keep finished sauna and camping-house products ready for export-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Interest in hands-on production work.
• Reliability for full-time factory work under an indefinite employment contract.
• Willingness to learn woodworking, assembly, and production routines.

Compensation and benefits

EUR 8 / hr during training; EUR 10 / hr after training, plus performance pay

• Training, tools, and guidance are provided by the employer.
• Full-time indefinite employment contract.
• Development-focused pay system with performance pay after probation.
