Support the sales team at KLAFS's Munich showroom, where customers are advised across the sauna, pool, and spa product range — booking appointments, running the showroom, and handling the commercial paperwork behind each enquiry.
Responsibilities
- Telefonische Terminvereinbarung mit unseren Kunden:innen.
- Betreuung der Ausstellung.
- Erledigen aller anfallenden Büroarbeiten, Angebotserstellung, Schriftwechsel, Terminüberwachung, Bestellungen.
- Verkauf von Artikeln unseres Programms.
Requirements
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Erfahrung in der Vertriebsassistenz.
- Kommunikationsstark am Telefon und im direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Gute PC- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
