Mitarbeiter/in Vorfertigung Gesenkbiegepresse und Fertigung (m/w/d)

Operate and set up press brakes forming sheet-metal parts for EOS Saunatechnik's sauna heaters and controls in Driedorf, with spot welding, riveting, assembly, and in-process quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up press brakes to form sheet-metal parts to drawing and work instruction.
• Group orders for setup efficiency and bend components to drawing specifications.
• Set up and safely operate spot-welding machines.
• Carry out assembly work such as riveting components.
• Check finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality using appropriate gauges.
• Carry out simple machine care and maintenance and report technical faults.
• Contribute to the optimisation of manufacturing processes and tool settings.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in metalworking, or relevant metal-industry experience as a career changer.
• Ideally experience with press brakes and/or spot-welding machines.
• Confident reading of technical drawings and routine use of measuring equipment.
• Manual skill and technical understanding.
• Independent, careful work and willingness to work shifts.
• Good spoken and written German.
