The work of a sales coordinator in the sauna industry
The sales coordinator supports domestic or export sales of sauna and heater products in offers, orders, deliveries, customer information and dealer communication. The title can also be export coordinator, sales support specialist or order coordinator.
What do we do at work?
- Handle offers, orders, delivery times and customer or dealer questions.
- To coordinate the flow of information between sales, production, warehouse, logistics and finance.
- Maintain CRM, ERP, price list and product information and prepare sales reports.
- Support export documents, fairs, campaigns and dealer network materials according to the scope of the task.
Competence and qualifications
- Commercial or other applicable training or practical experience in sales support, order-delivery chain or customer service.
- Systematic work experience and knowledge of CRM, ERP and spreadsheets.
- Good written Finnish and English; the language of the export market is an added advantage.
- Ability to learn the technical vocabulary of sauna and heater products and delivery options.
Salary in Finland
