Customer Service Supervisor
Lead daily guest and facility operations at Onsen Hot Pools across customer service, reservations, maintenance coordination, pool-room readiness, and safety.

- Supervise the shift team across customer service, reservations, transport, maintenance, and other operating departments.
- Open and close the facility, manage bookings and guest issues, and keep hot-pool rooms and changing areas presentation-ready.
- Patrol the facility, coordinate plant-room and maintenance issues, enforce safety controls, and respond to emergencies.
Odotamme
- At least one year of supervisory experience or a relevant diploma plus two years of front-line experience.
- Duty Manager certificate, New Zealand driving licence, and passenger endorsement.
- Booking-system confidence, strong guest communication, and flexibility for morning, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts.
