Area Attendant

Bathhouse is hiring an Area Attendant in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, to keep its pool and sauna areas clean and organized throughout the day and evening. The employer does not state weekly hours, employment type or a closing date.

Responsibilities

• Walk through the bathing areas regularly and keep floors and pathways clear.
• Squeegee floors to keep guest walkways dry and reduce slipping hazards.
• Collect used towels, water bottles, slides and other guest items.
• Answer guest questions about Bathhouse offerings.
• Report maintenance concerns and submit service tickets to the Facilities team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and prior customer-service experience.
• Hospitality, wellness, spa or luxury-service experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable with light cleaning in guest areas, standing and squeegeeing for long periods.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to obtain Adult CPR and First Aid certification; training support is provided.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and strong verbal communication skills.
