Assistant Spa Manager

Help run the spa at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort: supervisors and attendants, spa reception and lounges, linen and laundry flow, supplies, and the daily standard of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Run spa operations under the direction, and in the absence, of the Spa Manager.
• Help hire, train, schedule and supervise spa supervisors and attendants, including performance reviews.
• Oversee spa reception and lounge upkeep, linen and laundry service, and supply inventory and reordering.
• Tour guests and escort them to their lockers and private pools; answer spa and resort questions by phone.
• Walk the facility at the start and end of each day, follow up maintenance work orders, and maintain department SOPs.

Requirements

• Three years of spa or hospitality management experience.
• CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain it on hire.
• Proficiency with spa information systems and Microsoft Office.
• 45 to 50 hours a week, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
