Serve food and drinks in the lounge at Basin Glacial Waters, the hydrothermal bathing facility at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.
Responsibilities
- Take guest orders and prepare them to guests' preferences.
- Monitor and restock supplies.
- Welcome guests, handle complaints and make sure guests are satisfied.
- Work with the culinary team on the offering and its presentation.
- Keep the food and beverage areas, equipment and counters clean.
- Enter orders accurately in the Micros POS system.
Requirements
- Alberta ProServe certificate.
- At least six months of food and beverage experience.
- Able to stand and walk throughout the shift and lift up to 20 lb.
- Available for holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts.
- Legally authorised to work in Canada.
Compensation and benefits
CAD 20.05/hour
- Permanent full-time position.
