Spa Operations Supervisor

Lead on the floor across every area of BASIN Glacial Waters, the hydrothermal bathing facility at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise — supporting the Concierge, Food & Beverage, Attendant and Sauna Master teams as the day demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across the Concierge, Food & Beverage, Attendant and Sauna Master teams based on business needs.
• Respond proactively to peak periods, staffing gaps and operational challenges.
• Deliver visible, hands-on leadership throughout the guest journey and maintain a consistent presence on the floor.
• Train, coach and develop colleagues across multiple operational areas.
• Ensure BASIN standards, SOPs and service expectations are consistently upheld.
• Engage with guests, resolve concerns and support guest recovery efforts when required.
• Support opening, closing and daily operational procedures, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience an asset.
• Previous spa, housekeeping or cleaning experience an asset.
• Dedicated to a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
• Able to lift, carry and pull over 30 lbs and to stand and walk constantly throughout the shift, including stairs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; able to maintain service levels under pressure with minimal supervision.
