Welcome and guide guests through the baths at AIRE Ancient Baths Copenhagen on a fixed-term October-to-March contract in the Carlsberg Byen district.
Responsibilities
- Manage the receiving of guests in the waiting area and communicate with the teams in other departments.
- Greet guests with a warm and genuine welcome and make them feel looked after from arrival to departure.
- Conduct guided tours of the bath areas, highlighting key features and explaining the expectations around behaviour and rules.
- Address guest queries as they arise.
- Service the amenities provided to guests.
Requirements
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Professional English.
- A completely customer-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A flexible schedule: the rota can include mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays, planned at least two weeks ahead.
Compensation and benefits
DKK 141 / hour, plus weekend and holiday supplements (the employer's stated rate)
- Fixed-term contract from October to March at 20 hours per week.
