Support OVAVERVA's self-service bistro across kitchen, service, office, guest care, and administrative work in a permanent 60–80% role.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily mise-en-place and set up and break down the self-service buffet.
- Support all bistro areas, advise guests, and assist the bistro manager.
- Complete administrative work and operate the point-of-sale system.
Requirements
- Clean, independent, efficient, flexible, reliable, and service-oriented working style.
- Gastronomy experience is preferred plus good computer and point-of-sale skills.
- Very good written and spoken German; Italian and English are advantageous.
