Mitarbeiter Sauna (m/w/d)

Operate and monitor Prignitzer Badewelt's four saunas and steam bath, conduct Aufguss sessions, manage hygiene, and plan sauna events.

Responsibilities

• Start, monitor, and operate saunas and associated technical systems.
• Create and conduct Aufguss schedules using multiple towel techniques.
• Advise guests, maintain hygiene, plan events, collect admission, and assist food service when needed.

Requirements

• Sauna-facility knowledge is preferred; career changers can train on the job.
• Independent, guest-focused working style.
• Weekend and shift availability.
