Keep World Spa's kitchen in Brooklyn clean and supplied: run the dish machine, wash and store dishes and cookware, and help with prep when asked.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload the dish machine and wash pans and utensils.
- Wash, stack and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware and storage containers.
- Maintain the dish machine and three-compartment sink and set chemical dilutions.
- Clean the kitchen floor and remove trash and recycling.
- Help with food prep and opening and closing duties as directed.
Requirements
- 1+ years in restaurants or hospitality.
- Good customer-service and teamwork skills.
- Must complete a restaurant training course.
Compensation and benefits
$17 / hour
- Official World Spa ADP listing.
- Kitchen-support role inside a large Brooklyn bathhouse and spa.
- Hourly pay range published by the employer.
