Executive Head of Engineering and R&D

Lead Watkins Wellness engineering and R&D across product platforms that include spas, swim spas, cold plunges, sauna, and key aftermarket products.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical, electrical, chemical, design, sustaining, and product-development engineering teams.
• Oversee product compliance, lifecycle-management systems, and technical standards across multiple wellness product lines.
• Partner with product, operations, manufacturing, and commercial leaders on differentiated products and cost improvements.

Requirements

• Executive engineering leadership experience in manufactured products or durable-goods environments.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams, product development, compliance, and sustaining engineering.
• Strategic cross-functional leadership across R&D, operations, product, quality, and manufacturing stakeholders.
