Export Project Sales Engineer

Sell Harvia's sauna and steam products and sauna-and-spa project solutions to customers mainly in the APAC and MEA regions, leading each customer project from quotation to delivery from the Muurame headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from quotation to delivery, coordinating schedules, resources, documentation and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage costing, pricing support, margin analysis, invoicing follow-up and overall project profitability.
• Prepare and coordinate commercial quotations, tender documentation and contract-related activities.
• Maintain pricing, customer, project and sales data integrity and support reporting, forecasting and process compliance.
• Act as the primary operational support for sales, keeping customer communication and project execution smooth through the project lifecycle.
• Master Harvia's sauna and steam product range and sell sauna-and-spa solutions together with the Export team.

Requirements

• Relevant engineering degree giving a solid technical foundation for managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Some track record in project sales, versatile project-management skills and a general technical understanding and interest.
• Ability to find solutions for customers and close deals; resilient, persistent, solution-oriented and structured way of working.
• Good communication and cooperation skills and a natural interest in networking and building professional partnerships.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish; additional languages valued. Some travel required.
• Regular work at the Muurame headquarters; start as soon as possible, latest 1 January 2027.
