- Lead the food and beverage team in delivering guest service across the dining and beverage areas.
- Oversee the dining experience so guests receive attentive and personal service.
- Supervise day-to-day operations across a full-time roster of 38 hours from Wednesday to Sunday.
Requirements
- Seasoned hospitality experience with a track record of guest service.
- Demonstrated experience leading and supervising a team.
- Availability across Wednesday to Sunday including weekends.
