Guest Experience Specialist (Part Time)

Run the shift at Embrace North's Denver bathhouse — greeting members, teaching safe sauna and cold-plunge use, and holding the floor to standard, usually as the only person in the building.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in every member with warmth and genuine attention, the nervous first-timer most of all.
• Educate members on safe, effective use of the sauna and cold plunge.
• Operate the backend systems for check-ins and account management, and handle waivers accurately.
• Keep every Embrace North space clean and organised to the highest standard on your shift.
• Follow the cleaning and sanitation SOPs and hold strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Watch for safety issues and report them immediately, and hand the space over clean to the next shift.

Requirements

• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and organisational methods.
• Open-minded, and able to both give and take feedback honestly.
• Passion for wellness and genuine belief in Embrace North's mission.
• Previous customer service experience and an understanding of water chemistry and pool/spa operations are preferred.

Compensation and benefits

Embrace North publishes no pay figure for this role

• Part-time commitment of 8+ hours a month, with a minimum of two shifts a month.
• Quarterly evaluation against published role standards rather than tenure.
