Housekeeper

Keep the locker rooms at AIRE Ancient Baths Tribeca immaculate and stocked, managing towels and laundry and looking after guests as they move in and out of the bath area.

Responsibilities

• Look after guests in the changing-room area, providing the products they need and keeping it clean and tidy for arrivals.
• Assist guests as they prepare to enter the bath area and at the end of their experience.
• Clean and sanitise locker rooms, showers, sinks, toilets, mirrors, lockers and benches, and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Replenish toiletries and hygiene products, collect used towels for laundering and restock fresh ones.
• Sweep and mop marble and tile floors, keeping them dry for guest safety, and keep waste areas sanitary.
• Monitor the locker rooms to keep them private, secure and quiet.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality, spa or gym work preferred.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and manner, detail-oriented and well organised.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lb.

Compensation and benefits

$19 / hour
