Responsibilities
- Coordinate the cleaning, laundry and locker teams for quality and efficiency.
- Keep the changing areas clean and welcoming and deal with guest concerns there.
- Oversee daily team performance and give individual feedback.
- Support the manager with recruitment, training, scheduling and stock control.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of team management.
- At least 2 years in cleaning or a related job.
- Advanced English and strong customer orientation.
