Responsibilities
- Commission, edit, fact-check, and occasionally write approximately 20 pieces each year.
- Manage a network of freelance writers and set the editorial calendar with Telos founders.
- Develop accurate features on sauna materials, Finnish heater makers, cold exposure, and craft.
Requirements
- Five or more years of magazine, broadsheet, or considered-brand editing experience.
- Strong commissioning, structural editing, and fact-checking discipline.
- Comfort collaborating with writers, researchers, makers, and sauna-industry experts.

GBP £52,000–£60,000 / year or pro-rated for four days
