Kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung Auftragszentrum - Schwerpunkt Export (m/w/d)

Handle export orders for EOS Saunatechnik's sauna heaters and controls in Driedorf, from quotation to delivery, including the export and customs paperwork, and support the sales teams and international customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders from quotation through to delivery.
• Prepare export and customs documents such as certificates of origin and long-term supplier declarations.
• Monitor deadlines and keep order processing running smoothly.
• Support Key Account Management, Commercial Management, Inside Sales and the Sales Director.
• Advise customers by phone and email and prepare quotations and sales documents.
• Act as a key user in the rollout of a new ERP system.
• Maintain master data, set up new customers, handle German and English correspondence and help at trade fairs.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training and first experience in export order processing.
• Reliable, independent and structured, with flexible prioritisation.
• Customer and service orientation and high quality in order processing.
• Good MS Office and CRM skills; ideally experience preparing EUR.1 and A.TR documents.
• Openness to learning product-related technical content.
• Confident English for an internationally active group.
