Back-of-house support in Thyme, the all-day restaurant at Alba's geothermal bathing sanctuary on the Mornington Peninsula: dishwashing, waste, and keeping the benches clean in a fast-paced kitchen.

- Dishwashing through breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Remove rubbish and keep the kitchen's waste streams moving.
- Clean benches and keep the back of house to standard in a fast-paced kitchen.

- Experience in a similar role.
- Guest-centric, a team player, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills.
- Capable, reliable and responsible.
- A valid visa or working rights for Australia.
- Midweek, evening and weekend availability.
