Lean Manager / KVP Lead (m/w/d)

Own Lean and continuous-improvement programs spanning KLAFS sauna manufacturing, logistics, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and KVP initiatives across the value chain.
• Improve production, logistics, installation, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Establish 5S, Kaizen, value-stream analysis, KPIs, and shop-floor management.

Requirements

• Industrial engineering or comparable degree.
• Production, Lean/KVP, and cross-functional project experience.
• Fluent German and English plus Microsoft Office and SAP skills.
