Responsibilities
- Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment.
- Prep, cook and plate dishes to recipe and presentation standards.
- Check ingredient quality and freshness, store food properly and flag shortages.
- Keep the kitchen, equipment and utensils clean and sanitised.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a cook and with knives, cookware and bakeware.
- Knowledge of grilling, baking, boiling and other methods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Food Handlers licence and food-safety certificate.
Compensation and benefits
$18-$24 / hour
- Official World Spa ADP listing.
- Kitchen role inside a large Brooklyn bathhouse and spa.
- Hourly pay range published by the employer.
