Spa Attendant

Run the guest journey through the bath circuit at AIRE Ancient Baths Barcelona, receiving guests, explaining the circuit, and organising the treatment schedule around it.

Responsibilities

• Assign guests' massages to the therapists, organising treatments efficiently and to the established guidelines.
• Run the shift-change briefing and make sure each therapist is in the right place at the right time.
• Check that treatments are delivered to AIRE's protocols and standards.
• Manage the guest experience in the bath area: receive and accompany guests, explain the circuit, organise their massages, and attend to what they need.
• Keep the bath area safe, clean, organised, and ready to deliver the experience.

Requirements

• Advanced English.
• Customer-service experience and the ability to organise and manage the service.
• Organised, decisive, and good at managing time.
• Able to listen, read situations, and make decisions.
• Team attitude, flexibility, and a focus on excellence in the guest experience.

Compensation and benefits

Compensation not published: the employer states only a permanent 40-hour contract

• Permanent 40-hour-a-week contract with rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Sunday.
