Links Manager - Chicago

Lead the Links — AIRE Chicago's spa attendants — and run the daily bathhouse guest experience in the restored 1902 River West factory, from team briefings and scheduling to bath-area stock and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operation of the Spa Attendant (Links) department, keeping service flowing and the bathhouse ready.
• Run daily briefings with the Links and other departments on VIP guests, maintenance incidents, groups and other priorities.
• Coordinate treatment timing against therapists' schedules and guest requests, and manage room readiness through the day.
• Manage bookings and scheduling in the GEM system and keep stock of products and supplies in the bath and massage areas.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach and review the team of around 20, and plan shifts, holidays, call-outs and night coverage.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when required and report weekly on incidents and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Three years of customer-service experience and two years leading a team in hospitality, fitness or wellness.
• Luxury or spa experience preferred.
• Experience onboarding and training new hires and working with booking or reservation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; punctual, organised and flexible with scheduling.
• English and Spanish is a plus.

$72,000 / year
