Responsibilities
- Support bath, sauna, wash-area, reception, event, merchandise, and restaurant operations.
- Help open the new venue and establish safe, guest-ready operating routines.
Requirements
- No prior industry experience is required.
- Sauna, thermal-bathing, sales, or service experience is welcomed.
Compensation and benefits
JPY 270,000-810,000 per month
