Responsibilities

• Organize and control safe daily bathing operations.
• Monitor technical systems and water quality and oversee facility cleaning and care.
• Lead the Baywatch team and connect guest, product, and technical operations.

Requirements

• Meister/Meisterin für Bäderbetriebe qualification.
• Leadership experience and strong bathing-water treatment knowledge.
• DLRG Silver or Gold lifesaving certificate and current first-aid training.
