Mitarbeiter Bade- und Saunabereich / Rettungsschwimmer (m/w/d)

Supervise A-ROSA Sylt's pool, conduct sauna Aufguss, monitor water and area temperatures, lead aqua-fitness, and support SPA-ROSA guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the pool and protect guest safety throughout bathing operations.
• Conduct sauna Aufguss and monitor water values plus pool and sauna temperatures.
• Lead daily aqua-fitness and advise guests about SPA-ROSA services.

Requirements

• Aquatic-supervision experience or bathing, sport, or fitness training is advantageous.
• Bronze lifesaving certification or willingness to earn it at the employer's expense; first aid is advantageous.
• Positive guest service, teamwork, and English-language ability.

Compensation and benefits

Tariff-based compensation; up to EUR 1,000 gross island bonus
