Host Köthener Badewelt's sauna guests, lead Aufguss sessions, support the sauna bar and events, and maintain sauna-area hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and respond to sauna-guest needs.
- Lead sauna Aufguss sessions and support sauna events.
- Serve drinks at the sauna bar and complete cleaning to venue hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Availability for shift work during venue opening hours.
- Service experience; sauna training or prior sauna-area experience is an advantage.
- Strong hygiene standards and physical fitness.
Compensation and benefits
Tariff-based compensation and social benefits (EUR)
- Permanent full-time or part-time employment, with full-time at 38 hours per week.
