Keep Kananaskis Nordic Spa's locker rooms, pool deck, relaxation spaces and fire pit clean, stocked and guest-ready across an indoor-outdoor bathing circuit in the Alberta Rockies.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the physical environment, keeping it clean and organised throughout the shift.
  • Keep locker rooms spotless and fully stocked, turning lockers over efficiently.
  • Conduct scheduled walk-throughs of the pool deck, relaxation spaces and fire pit to hold cleanliness standards.
  • Refill and restock guest amenities and laundry items, and complete deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred.
  • First aid certificates including CPR preferred.
  • Excellent guest service, communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to lift, move and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
  • Able to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays across a 365-day operation.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in temperatures from -30°C to +30°C and lifting up to 30 lbs.
