Yora Front Desk Concierge

Welcome guests at Kananaskis Nordic Spa's front desk: handle reservations and check-ins, keep lockers turning over and answer enquiries, and keep reception, retail and relaxation spaces clean and stocked across an indoor-outdoor bathing circuit.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and keep the arrival area, from curb to front desk, in good order.
• Make reservations and check guests in accurately, and explain the hydrotherapy circuit, services and products.
• Turn lockers over and help maximise locker occupancy and spend through the day.
• Respond to guest enquiries, wait lists, emails and phone calls.
• Clean, restock and tidy the reception, retail and relaxation spaces throughout the shift and complete work checklists.

Requirements

• Previous spa, hospitality, guest-service or retail experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and confidence with numbers, including balancing daily sales.
• Reservation software and POS experience preferred.
• Able to work long shifts including late hours, weekends and holidays in a 365-day operation.
